This policy explains what information OpenRed, LLC ("OpenRed," "we") collects through openred.space and how we use it.
When you fill in our intake form or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, company details, and your answers about your business's workflows. Our web server also keeps standard access logs (pages requested, browser type, IP address), which we use only to operate and secure the site.
We use your information to respond to you, prepare your assessment, and deliver the services you engage us for. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers we use to run our business (such as scheduling, email, and form tools), and only as needed to serve you.
Data we access inside a client engagement is governed by the engagement agreement, which controls over this policy.
We keep intake and correspondence records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. Email info@openred.space to request deletion of your information.
