These terms govern your use of openred.space, operated by OpenRed, LLC ("OpenRed," "we").
The content on this site is general information about our services, not advice for your specific situation. Prices shown are typical ranges; your engagement is priced in a written proposal.
Audits, builds, and retainers are governed by the written agreement we both sign for that engagement. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement controls.
Some case studies on this site are labeled as illustrative examples; their figures are estimates, not measured client results. Results vary by business, and no figure on this site is a promise of your outcome.
Site content belongs to OpenRed, LLC. Ownership of work we build for you is set out in your engagement agreement.
The site and our services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent the law allows, OpenRed, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Your engagement agreement may set different terms; where it does, it controls.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
